Ownership benefits

The New Bern Southpaws are a Collegiate Summer League team that plays in the Old North State League. We recently acquired the team from the league directly, and as part of our plans to build out better facilities for our players and fans, we are offering to sell shares in the team to investors large and small. To that end, here are the offerings we are making for each level of investor. Note: All investors will have the opportunity to purchase special “Owner Only” swag, upgrade tickets to special seating, and other perks.

Owner - $500 (1 Share) – Each year, Owners will receive two game tickets or their equivalent value in credit to the team store as an ownership dividend.

Family Owner - $1,000 (2 Shares) – Each year, Family Owners will receive four game tickets or their equivalent value in the team store. In addition, each year Family Owners will be sent a $20 food voucher that can be redeemed at a Southpaws game or event.

Shares are class "B" shares and are non-equity shares. Shareholders will be invited to the annual owners call and will be eligible to vote in non-equity decisions.
